I have learned that what drives me, gives me a thrill - is making a difference. I measure my success through being the catalyst to change working through people -whether that is in business or in my personal life.

As parents we often try to push our kids to become what we equate to success. We forget to encourage our children to do what they are passionate about to the best of their ability.

The same applies in career choices. How many of us ended up having a career which was what we thought our parents, friends, society thought we should do or be? How many of us would have done something else?

We only have one life to live, what is my legacy going to be? I for one do not want to reach the end of my life and look back with 'I wish I had.....'. How many of us still want to?

I am sure that we have all heard the expression 'where there is a will there is a way' - if we want something badly enough, the passion and the drive, we will find a way of achieving it.

Stephen Spielberg wanted to be a film director so much that he pretended to work at a film studio, found an empty office, came and went for weeks pretending to work there until he managed to find a well known director to show his first film to ........and the rest is history!

My passion is to be the catalyst to unleashing the power of people within business in a way which puts the adrenalin back into the work place - boosting performance and business success!!
